Premier Semi-Custom Home Builder Begins Single Family Semi-Custom Home Lot Sales at The Enclave and Multi-Family Home Sales At The Fairways

 April 20, 2006, Murrells Inlet, S.C. – Signature Homes of South Carolina, Inc. today announced the opening of their International Club sales center, located at 1580 International Club Drive in Murrells Inlet.

With their sales center now open, Signature Homes of South Carolina is launching three products in two neighborhoods at The International Club.  The Enclave at The International Club will encompass 40 premium semi-custom estate homes, starting at 1,900 square feet. The Fairways at The International Club will give homebuyers the choice between 32 two-level luxury townhomes with first floor master suites and a garage or 204 elegant condominium villas which will include three bedrooms and three baths located in two and three story buildings. Homes at The Fairways will either be situated on The International Club golf course or will have views of the course, with prices beginning in low $200s.
