SIGNATURE HOMES OF SOUTH CAROLINA, INC. NAMES PHOEBE STARR AS PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR AND DESIGN COORDINATOR  

November 1, 2006, Myrtle Beach, S.C. – Signature Homes of South Carolina, Inc. today announced the addition of Phoebe Starr as purchasing administrator and design coordinator for the company.

Starr’s responsibilities include working with outside vendors, updating project schedules, creating interior design selection lists for potential homebuyers, assisting with interior design selections for model homes, assisting homebuyers in the interior design selection process and serving as a liaison between buyers, vendors and project managers. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor of science in business administration, Starr has more than two years of real estate, design and administrative experience.
